  • 12 years experience inside a Fortune 500 company training thousands of participants on topics including leadership, communication, business presentations, customer service, teamwork, process improvement, and quality
  • 8 years as a Mental Health Therapist in a variety of settings
  • Adjunct faculty member for Portland State University, Bellevue University, and Drake University
  • 2004 President for the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) – Cascadia Chapter; Board member with Oregon Organization Development Network for 10 years

  • Teaches Fundamentals of Training Program for ASTD Cascadia


I enjoy sailing, hiking, biking, spending time with my wife, son, daughter-in-law, and baby granddaughter!
